  1. Locker facilities :

    MDCC Bank provides safe locker facility for the safety of your valuables; our locker facility offers a safe, trustworthy space to store them. There is a nominal annual rent (payable in advance), which depends upon the size of the locker and the centre at which the branch is located. Locker facility is provided by the Bank at its select branches.   MDCC Bank provides safe locker facility to its customers at very affordable rates. Safe Deposit Locker facilities available at following branches:

  2. NEFT / RTGS :

    MDCC Bank provides NEFT / RTGS to the customers and customers also very much satisfied from the services which the branches are providing.
    National Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT) and Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) allow
    Individuals,  companies and firms to transfer funds from one bank to another.

    These facilities can only be used for transferring money within the country.

  3. Demand Draft (DD):

    MDCC Bank provides Demand Draft (DD) to the customers and customers also very much satisfied from the services.

    A demand draft is a negotiable instrument similar to a bill of exchange. A bank issues a demand draft to a client (drawer), directing another bank (drawee) or one of its own branches to pay a certain sum to the specified party (payee). A demand draft can also be compared to a cheque.

  4. SMS Services:

    MDCC Bank provides SMS facilities to the customer for its transactions.

  5. ATM Facilities :

    MDCC Bank start ATM services to the customer from May 2017 and the response was really nice from the customers about the services. MDCC Bank participating “Digital India” “Cash Less Economy” and promoting this services all over the Mandya District. Recently MDCC Bank Conducting workshop “ ATM Awareness program” in selected areas in Mandya District and got good response especially in Villages.

    We are providing Rupay Kisan Cards

    Recently NABARD release its performance list for ATM Transaction. Our Mandya District Cooperative Central Bank Ltd, is on top for achieving their target for ATM transaction.

  6. Any Branch Banking :

    Our Bank MDCC Bank offering and providing ABB (Any Branch Banking) to the customers.

    While the banks have considerably benefitted from the introduction of CBS (Core Banking Service), the customers of banks have yet to reap the benefits

    The biggest metamorphosis in the banking industry during the last decade has been the introduction of ‘any branch banking’ through the implementation of ‘core banking solution’ (CBS) across the country.

    These services are:
    a. To make enquiries about the balance; debit or credit entries in the account.
    b. To obtain cash payment out of his account by tendering a cheque.
    c. To deposit a cheque for credit into his account.
    d. To deposit cash into the account.
    e. To deposit cheques / cash into account of some other person who has account in a CBS branch.
    f. To get statement of account.
    g. To instantly transfer funds from his account to some other account – his own or of third party, provided both accounts are in CBS branches.
    h. To obtain Demand Drafts or Banker’s Cheques from any branch on CBS – amount shall be online debited to his account.
    i. Customers can continue to use ATMs and other Delivery Channels, which are interfaced with CBS platform. Similarly, facilities like Bill Payment etc. shall also be available.

  7. Cheque Collection Services:

    Bank's Cheque Collection Policy (CCP) was first formulated in 2005 and is reviewed periodically, as per the guidelines issued by Reserve Bank of India (RBI)/IBA/BCSBI from time to time. The Policy duly approved by Bank's Central Board shall be known as Bank's Cheque Collection Policy -2015.

  8. Mobile Banking Services:

    Mobile Banking Services is our upcoming project and we (MDCC Bank) got approved license from RBI (Reserve Bank of India) Very soon we will intimate to our customers along with the Demo to our customers at their places.

  9. Internet Banking:

    Internet Banking Services is our future vision and we (MDCC Bank) got approved license from RBI (Reserve Bank of India) Very soon we will intimate to our customers along with the Demo to our customers at their places.  

    Internet banking is the most convenient way to bank- anytime, anyplace, at your convenience. You can access Online MDCC from any computer that has connectivity to the Internet.
  10. Miss call alert For Balance:

    Miss call alert for balance is our next project and we are working on it and it’s under construction. Once it’s completed we will release the date with demo to customers.
    MISSED CALL BANKING is a free service from the Bank where in you can get your Account Balance, Mini Statement and more just by giving a Missed Call or sending an SMS with pre-defined keywords to pre-defined mobile numbers from your registered mobile number. Please ensure that your mobile number is updated in your account to be able to register for this service

  11. CTS (Cheque Truncation system) :

    CTS is MDCC Bank next upcoming project.

    Cheque Truncation System (CTS) or Image-based Clearing System (ICS), in India, is a project of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), commencing in 2010, for faster clearing of cheques.  CTS is based on a cheque truncation or online image-based cheque clearing system where cheque images and magnetic ink character recognition (MICR) data are captured at the collecting bank branch and transmitted electronically.

  12. KYC Compliance :

    We MDCC Bank is working under RBI guidelines on KYC norms.
    RBI guidelines on KYC norms stipulate all accounts in the bank to be KYC Compliant.
    Supported by documents which establish proof of identity and proof of current address and recent photograph of the customer

  13. All type of payment DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer)  and others.

    DBT: Direct Benefit Transfer or DBT is an attempt to change the mechanism of transferring subsidies launched by Government of India on 1 January 2013. This program aims to transfer subsidies directly to the people through their bank accounts.
